The service
On Mission Jobs aggregates public Department of State and Department of War OCONUS jobs, CONUS federal and state openings, and public contract awards. Listings are informational. On Mission Jobs is not the employer unless a listing says so.
No résumés
You may not upload a résumé, CV, or application packet to On Mission Jobs. We do not forward personal packets to employers. Apply on the original source announcement.
Accounts
Job seeker, employer, and advertiser desks are separate. Job seekers only use the member Job board. Paid employers and advertisers also get that board, plus their own desk (post a job or ad placements). We may suspend accounts that scrape the board, post junk, or ask for résumés.
Employer posts
Employer listings enter an On Mission Jobs moderation queue as pending. They are not public until operations approve them. We may reject listings that are inaccurate, off-mission, or that solicit résumés or sensitive personal data. You warrant that you have the right to post the role and that the copy is public-facing.
Advertisers
Featured jobs, rail boxes, and training video slots are paid placements. On Mission Jobs may remove a placement that is misleading or that conflicts with these terms.

The weekly newsletter is optional. Unsubscribe any time. See the privacy policy.
Accuracy
Public sources change. On Mission Jobs does not guarantee that a listing is still open, that pay or clearance is current, or that you will be hired. Confirm on the source URL.
Acceptable use
- No scraping or republishing the catalog without written permission
- No malware, credential stuffing, or attempts to break the paywall
- No posting of classified or export-controlled material
